Happy Easter! Welcome to another Sunday edition, a more casual version of my Tuesday letter.
This week was our Spring break, which happened to coincide with the most beautiful weather here in the PNW. The “big dark” is pretty intense here, but I do think it makes me appreciate sunshine and blooming flowers so much more. Our week was full of sunshine and time with friends; I’m feeling incredibly grateful for it.
I talk a lot in this newsletter about “the work” of Astrology and The Enneagram. Self-reflection and analysis is a crucial part of personal growth, but it’s important to know when to leave it. I don’t want to miss out on my life because I’m too busy thinking about how to heal the relationship between my Sun and Moon placements. I want to make time for the healing and then trust in the work enough to go be present in my life. I want to float between “taking myself seriously” and “not taking myself too seriously.”
An Astrological teaching I keep coming back to is that the Universe is always working on you. It will generate growth in your life even when you’re not actively cultivating it. The life I’m present to is the reason I do the work in the first place, and I have enough faith in the process to let go.
Scroll on for pictures from my week, the song I’m loving right now, and the coffee we drank this week. I’ll see you back here on Tuesday for an update on my Spring reset!

Pitch moves naturally from your brain to your vocal cords, yet for most of us, ego takes over and decides that we need to position our tongue in a certain way or tense our jaw to sing. In other words, th…
A Weekend in Austin
We just returned from the most heartwarming trip celebrating Liam’s third birthday in Austin. Between visiting our favorite places, watching Liam play with friends he hasn’t seen in over a year, and sneaking in quality time with Zak, my cup is full.
Ask an Astrologer #2: "Are we compatible or doomed to fail?"
I released ‘Ask an Astrologer’ episode 1 as a podcast and have been meaning to revisit the series since. If you haven’t listened to the episode, ‘Ask an Astrologer’ is a series in which I answer reader questions with advice based on their astrological charts.
