Let's talk about the moon cycle...
In Short
The moon cycle is made up of 8 phases. Each phase influences your energy, guiding you to seek inspiration, set intentions, self-observe, reevaluate, release, learn, address your mistakes, and rest. You can use this cycle to find your creative flow, heal emotional wounds, regulate your energy, or observe your personality.
Purpose
When you utilize the moon’s cycle, you begin to understand your internal processes and can use the 8 phases to your advantage.

New Moon
Each New Moon brings an opportunity for reflection and renewal. During the New Moon, you can truly let go and make space for what you want.
Waxing Crescent Moon
The Waxing Crescent Moon lasts for 6 days. During this time, start to visualize your intentions and take the first steps to help bring your intention into your day-to-day life.
First Quarter Moon
The First Quarter Moon inspires energy and action. What can you do today that will set you up for success in integrating your intention into your life?
Waxing Gibbous
The Waxing Gibbous phase serves as a 6-day period of reevaluation. There’s always time to readjust and change course.
Full Moon
With the Full Moon comes a surge of energy. It can be the highest point of strength and confidence and it can also be emotionally overwhelming. Remain open and ready to receive.
Waning Gibbous
The 6-day Waning Gibbous phase encourages you to soak up all of the learnings you’ve received so far and find ways to enhance your journey further.
Last Quarter
Each Last Quarter Moon asks you to be honest with yourself about what you really need and what isn’t working for you.
Waning Crescent
The Waning Crescent phase reminds you that rest is necessary and productive. You can’t dive into more intentional work and growth without time to recharge and soak up all of the work you did and everything you learned.
Integration
Considering the energy each phase provides, follow the moon’s cycle for a month with intention.
