Self-Care Tips I've Tried and Loved + An Exciting Announcement!


How's everyone feeling?
Life feels like it's moving at the speed of light right now. I don't know about you, but I'm craving peace. As much as I hate how the concept of self-care has been industrialized and marketed, it is a necessary practice and I'm always looking for new ways to be gentle on myself.

Spots Opening for my Intention Coaching Program
I am very excited to announce that I will be opening 4 spots for my Intention Coaching Program in August!
The Intention Coaching Program is a thorough exploration of your chart and your enneagram type that allows you to feel grounded in who you are and what you want in life. So you can live a life that's a true reflection of who you are.
This program includes:

Self-Care Tips I've Tried and Loved
1) When you feel overwhelmed by chores, set a timer for 10 minutes and frantically organize and clean. Courtesy of Loeppkys Life, this tip feels SO good. It's amazing how much can get done in 10 minutes AND how much clearer I feel after that timer goes off.
2) Good old escapism via Sailing La Vagabonde. Sometimes you just need to escape real life and daydream about life on a sailboat...
3) Set a 10-minute limit on social media and give the password to someone else so you can't cheat. I have been doing this for almost 7 months now and it's amazing how much more present I am in my life. I didn't realize how drained and stressed I was when I was on social media.
4) Pay attention to the animals that show up in your life. I recently purchased this book to learn more about the spiritual messages animals are giving me. This practice has helped me to feel grounded in nature and supported by the universe.
