Dear Liam,

Almost 6 years ago now, after your Dad and my second date, I sat in my car before driving home and wrote the lyrics, "his smile looks like laughing feels" on my phone. A year later, your Dad and I finished the song together and called it "Starting Sentences."

Over the past 5 years, we've written music together that has been a culmination of the love we have for each other, the love we've poured into creating you. So we're releasing "Starting Sentences" in honor of your birth. You are the end of a sentence and the beginning of a new one.

"Endings feel like new beginnings." 

Within this song is everything we've built, all of the experiences we've shared, the relationship we've fostered together that ultimately brought us to you. You are the biggest blessing and we're so grateful to be bringing you into our story.
