Everything Happening Astrologically in May
Happy May!
I've noticed a huge shift in energy as we moved into May... a sense of calm has come over me as I've continued to pursue my Taurus season goal of re-evaluating how I spend my time and giving more energy to my dreams. Working through my own coaching programs, and diving into my Astrological chart for the first time in a long time has been both grounding and inspiring.
There's a part of your brain called the Reticular Activating System that plays a role in determining your perception. When you do something to influence it, like buying a car, your perception shifts and all of a sudden you see that car everywhere! (has this happened to you?!) Reading your Astrological chart impacts your RAS in a HUGE way; it shifts your perception of who you really are and the potential you have in your life. Pretty cool, huh?!
By working through my program, I've started to notice the potential I have to redesign my life and I have so much more faith that my dreams are possible. Even when I'm not 'productive,' my mind is firmly fixed on my aspirations. When your dreams are woven into who you are as a person and you're dedicating your life to them, they will happen!

How To Survive Eclipse and Retrograde Season
(featuring some tough love)
Eclipses and Retrogrades stimulate intense energy that can be frustrating and confusing as well as inspiring and enlightening. Read the advice for your Moon and Mercury signs to utilize this season for growth! (If you don't know your Moon or Mercury sign, email or DM me and I'll tell you!)
Aries: Think before you act! As a passionate, cardinal fire sign you are prone to reacting fast and regretting your actions later.
Taurus: You won't reach your goals if you don't embrace change.
Gemini: Redirecting your mental focus and energy to distract yourself isn't going to make your problems go away. Learn to face things head on.
Cancer: Sometimes the walls you carefully build to protect yourself fall down. Embrace vulnerability, ask for help when you need it, and have faith that things will work out in the end.
Leo: The more you let go, the easier it will be for the things that are meant for you to come into your life.
Virgo: You have so much more control over your life than you realize. Instead of channeling all of your mental resources into one thing, recognize that you are skilled in a variety of ways.
